Typical Ride Route
Ride Video
GCIMRG has a great group of riders comprised of all walks of life, gender and diversity.  While we have several members retired from the work force, we also have folks who shuffle the 9 to 5 workload.  With this in mind, we try to organize rides so that everyone has a chance to participate.

We typically have a chapter meeting once per month with an organized ride to follow.  We will also establish other rides as we can.  We post our calendar on our website and we currently use the Evite application to send out upcoming ride and event notices to our membership list. Signing up on evite with your email is easy and you can view all evites.

The evite you receive will provide the date, time, location, and description of the ride.  We often provide a gpx file for riders who utilize Indian Ride Command, Garmin, TomTom, or other GPS systems.  This provides the rider with the ride route.

We typically establish rides that offer great scenery and riding experiences that include stops when needed and usually lunch at a local restaurant.  We like to organize a few over-night rides throughout the year where riders have an opportunity to enjoy longer ride experiences and newer scenery outside of our normal local riding area.

Members will also organize long distance trips on occasion, such has Tucson, AZ;  Durango, CO; Sturgis, SD; and even week long cross country trips.

Again, we like to keep this riding group simple and fun.  We don't have meeting requirements or ride requirements.  We just want you, our member, to enjoy our chapter with whatever time your schedule allows.

We understand group riding may not be for everyone,  but we feel that if you check us out, you will find a very easy going group of people who enjoy the camaraderie of motorcycle adventures and fellowship.

We insist on safe riding and we all want to get home at the end of the day.  If you want to learn more about group riding, visit our Ride Safety Page where we provide group riding guidance, diagrams, and a group ride video.
